Axentis, a provider of on-demand governance, risk and compliance (GRC) management solutions, has released the latest enhancements to Axentis Enterprise (Ae). The release introduces more sophisticated business rules for configuring and automating enterprise distribution and tracking of compliance requirements such as policies, procedures and training to thousands of employees, contractors and vendors.

Axentis's delivery model enhancements, the Cleveland, Ohio-based company says, "immediately give all customers the opportunity to extend their existing integration capabilities with SAP HR, Oracle E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft Enterprise Human Capital Management, JD Edwards Human Capital Management and salesforce.com, as well as other enterprise applications."

The enhancements help to automate the management of compliance requirements, such as:

* a requirement that needs to be sent to a combination of user groups: all United States, European Union and Canadian employees and managers with employees in California;

* a requirement that applies only to employees in two business units who were hired after a specific date; and

* a compliance requirement that must be sent to sales, sales support and billing in one line of business in Canada.
