NDAA's new grants manager, Patrick St. Clair, worked as a contractor in the Office of Justice Program's Office of the Chief Financial Officer from 2000-2010. He served as a financial analyst with OJP's Customer Service Branch where he assisted grantees nationwide with all manner of questions concerning OJP financial guidelines and policy.
