Grace College consists of four schools: the School of Arts and Sciences, School of Ministry Studies, School of Music and School of Adult and Community Education. Grace also offers graduate degree programs through a cohort-based online education, as well as a degree completion program through its School of Adult and Community Education. Grace Theological Seminary, a part of the School of Ministry Studies, provides graduate degree programs in ministry from master's through doctoral level, and the college's Department of Counseling and Interpersonal Relations provides master's level education to prepare students for careers in mental health or ministries.

A student/faculty ratio of 17:1 provides a learning environment with opportunities for personal learning from the Grace College faculty.
