I've been subscribing to Americas since 1959, when I went to Panama and then Ecuador as a missionary in those years. When I first came to Canada from the United States in 1981 I had to pay a higher postage rate, as Canada was only an observer country to the OAS. Now for the last ten years that they have been a member country the rate went down.
