Sample Forms for Archival and Records Management Programs ARMA International and Society of American Archivists

This invaluable new resource includes more than 200 sample forms and policies from which users may choose and customize to meet their own needs. The forms have been standardized and made generic so they can be used "as is," either individually or as a compilation selected for inclusion in an organizational forms manual. The book provides camera-ready originals that can be photocopied, distributed, and completed.

The accompanying compact disk (CD) includes these same forms in Microsoft Word '97, rich text format (RTF), and portable document format (PDF). The Word and RTF forms can be completed (by simply tabbing through and keying in the fields) and printed from the CD. They can also be copied to local drives where they can be "unlocked" customized, completed, and distributed electronically. The CD is compatible with Windows 95, 98, 2000, and NT and with Macintosh operating systems. It is not compatible with Windows 3.1.
