Gail Birks is an experienced independent corporate director for Gibraltar Private Bank, marking 20 years of service. Her oversight as a board director includes the decision making and fiduciary management of guiding this private institution to become a wholly owned subsidiary of a public corporation. In 2010) the board oversaw the regulatory and procedural changes when the bank returned to a private entity through a buyout by investors.
