The 1982 amendments to the Sunshine Law removed the courts from the definition of public governmental body. Remington v. City of Boonville, 701 S.W.2d 804, 807 (Mo. App. W.D. 1985). But the definition of "[p]ublic governmental body" does include "judicial entities when operating in an administrative capacity . . . ." Section 610.010(4), RSMo 2016.
