G. Agreement to Temporarily Postpone Foreclosure (to Allow Payment)

This Agreement to Temporarily Postpone the Foreclosure (the Agreement) is made and entered into this ____ day of __________, 20___, by and between XYZ Corporation (XYZ), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Missouri, and John Doe (Doe).

Whereas, Doe executed and delivered to XYZ a promissory note dated __________ in the original principal amount of $__________ and has secured the Note by a Deed of Trust dated __________, which has been recorded in __________, Missouri, on __________ in Book ____, Page ____, covering the property known and numbered as __________, Missouri (the Property); and

Whereas, the Note and Deed of Trust have been duly and properly recorded and perfected, and the Deed of Trust is a valid and enforceable lien and security interest; and

Whereas, Doe acknowledges the obligation to maintain, perform, and comply with all of the terms and conditions of the loan documents; and

Whereas, Doe acknowledges that Doe is in default under the terms of the loan documents; and

Whereas, Doe acknowledges that XYZ, by reason of the default under the loan documents, has the right to exercise all remedies available under the loan documents, including the right to foreclose; and
