Nearly 60 percent of U.S. shoppers report purchasing $100 worth of goods online per month, according to Pennsylvania-based fulfillment company Radial.

To get ahead of the holiday rush, Radial will be hiring 930 seasonal workers at its Burlington fulfillment facility.

There are now more than one million workers fulfilling online orders in U.S. warehouses, according tothe Bureau of Labor Statistics. That's an 87 percent increase in available warehouse fulfillment jobs since 2009, according to BLS.

In an increasingly ambitious space, seasonal Radial workers receive competitive hourly wages, opportunities for overtime, and on-the-job training, according to a company release. The Burlington center also provides regular giveaways, free holiday meals and events for workers.
