Enhanced Customer Service Dashboard

The FTB has enhanced its Customer Service Dashboard, launched in 2017 to provide wait times for various services, to include:

* Personal and Business Collections service channels;

* A modernized look and feel of the dashboard;

* Wait times for customer service phone lines; Tax Practitioner Hotline; MyFTB chat; general chat; and processing for payments, refunds, tax returns and correspondence.

Help With Pass-through Entity (PTE) Elective Tax

The FTB has launched an FAQ webpage that covers PTE election and qualifications, what is included in the qualified entity's qualified net income, who gets the credit, qualified net income, and payments and forms.
