Missouri Condemnation Practice

Fourth Edition

The first edition of this book was published in 1973 and supplemented in 1979, 1983, and 1985. The second edition was published in 1988 and supplemented in 1993 and 1994. The third edition was published in 1996 and supplemented in 1999 and 2002.

The work toward the publication of this fourth edition began in February 2007 with a meeting of a project steering committee: Stan Wallach, B Regan, Paul Henry, and Greg Hoffmann. The table of contents was reorganized, and efforts were made to increase involvement and to ensure a balance of viewpoints. The goal was to...
