PUBLISHER'S NOTE

This unique publication began as Colorado Liens and Claims Handbook under the authorship of Jack Greenwald. It was a pleasure and an honor to work with Mr. Greenwald, and CBA-CLE is grateful to Mr. Greenwald for providing us with the framework for this monograph, which is helpful to practitioners, contractors, suppliers, and others. The book was then carefully updated for several years by Gilbert Egle, who has tirelessly devoted many hours of his time preparing revisions. We are indebted to him for his invaluable contributions, which have made the handbook the comprehensive treatise on mechanics' liens in Colorado that it is.

We are also pleased to work with five distinguished authors who have added their expertise to the project: Jean Arnold, Terry Ehrlich, Scott Havn, Timothy Gordon, and David Law. Helpful forms are included as exhibits throughout the book, as well as a subject index to assist in research. The book is available in fully searchable format as a PDF download.

As with all of our publications, CBA-CLE is constantly striving to provide Colorado practitioners with the most up-to-date and helpful material possible. We welcome...
