Missouri Remedies

Missouri Remedies is the result of a restructuring of the MoBarCLE library, and along with Missouri Appellate Court Practice, descends from Missouri Appellate Practice and Extraordinary Remedies. Remedies combines those extraordinary remedies with chapters that were previously included in Missouri Civil Actions to bring together in one volume those equitable and other remedies available in Missouri. This book is a complement to Missouri Damages and Missouri Creditors’ Remedies.

Missouri Remedies is intended to be a practical guide for Missouri attorneys. It includes practice suggestions, checklists, charts, lists of other resources, and sample forms, including pleadings. It comes with a full-text, fully searchable CD-ROM.
