Not content with its plan to offer electronic bill-paying to everybody, Citibank has agreed to offer frequent flier points to Qantas frequent fliers who do banking business with Citibank. (So has Macquarrie Bank, and Qantas says it plans to negotiate similar agreements with other Australian financial institutions.)
