Federal Practice Section and Its Role for Wyoming Lawyers

Terral J. Smith, Chair-Elect Federal Law Section

The Wyoming State Bar Federal Practice Section (FPS) has been reconstituted and the new Board members are reviving its place in the spectrum of WSB Sections. The FPS's primary focus is not Bankruptcy, Natural Resources or Indian law or any other specific area of law. So, please reach out to the FPS for assistance if you have any federal law issues that you are not familiar with.
