Basic Bio

I received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wyoming in 1999 and a J.D. (with honors) from the UW College of Law in 2003. Following law school, I clerked for the First Judicial District Court in Cheyenne for two years. I then moved to New York City where I clerked for U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Park Street, Casper, WY 82601; (307) 265-3843; or aro@ parkstreetlaw.com.
