Basic Bio:
Theodore "Torey" Racines grew up in eastern Pennsylvania where he developed the love for the outdoors that would eventually lead him to Wyoming. Torey earned his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 1991. Before moving to Wyoming in 2002, he had been Senior Chief Deputy District Attorney in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. Torey then served as Deputy County and Prosecuting Attorney for Sublette and Albany Counties from 2002 to 2006. In two stints between 2006 and 2020, he worked for the Wyoming Attorney General, including service as the Deputy of the Tort Litigation Division and the School Finance Litigation Division, and as the Supervisor of the Criminal Appeals Section.
