Kansas has offered such a service for over a decade. Also on the site are calendars, journals, committee agendas and minutes, full text of bills, enrolled bills, statutes, individual roster listing, committee listings, current activity of each chamber throughout the day, a link to legislators, a legislative glossary, etc.
