To help CPAs recognize fraud and develop systems and controls to prevent and deter it, the Institute has developed a four-part "AICPA Antifraud Series." The first two programs explore how aggressive accounting issues can cross over into fraud. The remaining two programs cover establishing fraud prevention and control systems and an in-depth analysis of SAS No. 99, Consideration of Fraud in a Financial Statement Audit.
