Four new businesses open doors in Forest Acres.

The surge of new businesses in Forest Acres has continued over the past week.

Fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant Cava has opened at 4844 Forest Drive in the former location of Zoe's Kitchen. Cava, based in Washington, D.C. has a menu around customizable bowls that feature dips, meats and vegetables layered on a salad or grain base.

HomeGoods in Trenholm Plaza at 4840 Forest Drive held its long-awaited grand opening Nov. 10 and was greeted by a long line of shoppers who were already waiting outside for the doors to open. The home furnishings and accessories went into the large space vacated a year ago by Stein Mart. Sephora, located next door, opened in October and Bath & Body Works will be the third tenant to move into the space in the near future.
