REQUESTS FOR VOIR DIRE QUESTIONS

Sally Mae Harper, plaintiff, by her attorneys, respectfully requests that, prior to the posing of voir dire questions to the jury panel, the Court poll the array requesting that each member stand and state his or her name and number.

Thereafter, Sally Mae Harper requests that the attached voir dire questions be posed to each panel member. With respect to questions marked with an asterisk (*), Sally Mae Harper requests that any prospective juror giving an affirmative response be asked to approach the bench for follow-up questions.
