A former Walmart at 1326 Bush River Road in Columbia has been sold to a computer wholesale company.
Colliers South Carolina brokers Chuck Salley, Dave Mathews, Thomas Beard and John Peebles represented seller Bunrootis LLC in the sale of the 203,819-square-foot former retail space to Columbia-based Executive Personal Computers, according to a news release. Salley is also managing director of industrial services in Colliers' Columbia offices.
Bunrootis LLC is an investor and developer that acquires, develops or redevelops and manages industrial assets primarily across the Southeast and central United States. The firm initially purchased 1326 Bush River Road in early 2022.
