Dear Prosecutor:
Thank you for your recent form letter in response to discovery.
You have indicated that photocopies of the foundational documents will not be provided. I believe the state under Chun is required to provide copies, if the state intends to introduce documents into evidence. I do not believe the Supreme Court required counsel, or a defendant, to search a website for the evidence the state intends to introduce into evidence. I have never been involved in a Superior Court case where a county prosecutor required counsel, or public...
