Dear Client:

The information and papers in your file remain confidential. Under the Rules of Confidentiality and attorney-client privilege, we are not even permitted to discuss your file with any family member. This is the attorney-client privilege.

We no longer keep any closed files in the office. Closed files are kept in storage in South Brunswick. Courts also keep closed files. We can schedule an appointment for you to meet with us during business hours on your closed file. Consultation fees depend upon the type of matter.

The below information is now required to comply with the NJ Rules of Professional Conduct and Confidentiality Rules to prevent unauthorized disclosure of confidential information.
