FOREWORD

The Section

of

Antitrust Law

is

pleased to publish Antitrust Law and

Economics

of

Product Distribution. This work looks closely at antitrust

laws affecting distribution and their economic underpinnings, and we

believe it will prove a valuable reference for lawyers counseling clients

and for economists studying distribution issues and working with

lawyers.

is
