Fluor Daniel Williams Brothers has long been a partner in the development of Alaska's resources. Already a major player prior to statehood, Fluor provided engineering and construction services for projects such as the Eielson Air Force Base power plant and the CANOL and Haines pipeline projects for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
