Midvale -- Construction of FLORENTINE VILLAS is underway. The $26 million, 214-unit affordable housing apartment project will include 53 one-bedroom, 108 two-bedroom and 53 three-bedroom apartments on 8.58 acres of property. The site is located at 7500 S. 800 West.

WASATCH ADVANTAGE GROUP is the project's developer; WASATCH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT will manage the complex; and WASATCH RESIDENTIAL BUILDERS is building the project.

"Our development company worked with the UTAH HOUSING CORPORATION in applying for and receiving $1,351,563 in Tax Credit Assistance Program (TCAP) funds--part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009," says Kipling S.
