Five Guys renews lease at Watchung shopping center.

Burger restaurant Five Guys is under new ownership at Blue Star Shopping Center, and has renewed its lease with Levin Management Corp., the leasing and managing agent for the 420,000-square-foot property.

LMC Senior Leasing Representative E.J. Moawad arranged the 2,500-square-foot transaction; Stanton Brown at MSC represented the tenant.

"Blue Star Shopping Center shoppers have appreciated the presence of Five Guys since it opened here in 2007," said Moawad. "A leader in the fast-casual segment, this popular brand strengthens the property's appeal for neighborhood dining, retail and services.
