BACKGROUND

In this age of mass communication, it's challenging to get even simple messages across to target audiences, and RevelTV is helping Utah's leading companies make their messages stand out with its digital signage solutions.

The Layton-based company provides clients with digital signage design, content development, graphic design, scheduling, technical design plus installation and maintenance of complex software and hardware.

Within four short years, RevelTV's communications solutions have been adopted by companies representing the retail, healthcare, transportation and banking and finance industries, as well as internal communications departments for a wide range of market sectors. The company has digital boards throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico.

THE SITUATION

Brian Fitzpatrick and Matt Dopp, founders of RevelTV, visited Mountain America Credit Union to discuss how their company could help the financial institution enhance its customer communications with digital reader boards. They never considered that they would walk away as a credit union customer.

But, in an unexpected turn of events, that is exactly what happened. RevelTV gained a financial services partner and Mountain America adopted a new way to communicate with members in its branches.

"Our company was only seven or eight months old when we approached Mountain America, but they treated us like we were an established business customer," Fitzpatrick recalls.

"When I first met with Brian, I was so impressed with his business sense," says Bryan Hurst, business account executive for Mountain America.
