INTENT
Define the use of the rules regarding Fire District issued credit cards.
APPLICATION
The District shall maintain one (1) describe the credit card or cards.
District credit cards are issued to and may only be used by the following district officials and employees:
Fire District Commissioners (5)
Fire District Secretary and Treasurer (2)
Fire District Officers
The Fire District will issue District credit cards to the Chief and Deputy Chief, in their individual name. In addition, the District Treasurer will be in possession of a District credit card to be used as needed for travel or other emergency needs of the District with the approval of the Board...
