BUILDING LEASE AGREEMENT

This Agreement, effective _____________ by and between the ABC VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY (“Fire Company”) a fire corporation under the New York Not-for-Profit Corporation Law with its principal place of business located at 123 Anywhere Street, Somewhere, New York 1XXXX, and the XYZ FIRE DISTRICT, (“District”) a municipal corporation with its mailing address at 1 Main Street, Somewhere , New York 1XXXX

WHEREAS, the Fire Company owns and occupies certain improved real property located at 123 Anywhere Street, Somewhere, New York 1XXXX, in the Town of _______________, _________________County, New York that being a building of approximately 10,000 square feet (“Fire Company Premises”). The Fire Company desires to lease a portion of such improved real property to the Fire District, and

WHEREAS, the Fire District desires to lease from the Fire Company a portion of the Fire Company’s premises, that being approximately 5,000 square feet of such improved real property located at 123 Anywhere Street, Somewhere, New York 1XXXX, in the Town of _______________, _________________County, New York as and for Fire District purposes, and

WHEREAS the parties have mutually agreed to such lease and desire to memorialize their agreement for such lease of the Premises;
