International Areo Inc., a Burlington, Wash, aerospace manufacturer, distributor and repair station for the Federal Aviation Administration, and Phoenix Aviation and Technology, a United Kingdom-based company, have introduced a product designed to detect and diagnose faulty electrical wiring and connections. The device--a portable cable diagnostic unit, or PCDU--is a derivative of the automated real-time cable-monitoring analysis system (ARCMAS) developed by Phoenix.
