On this great occasion of the induction of the fourth class of individuals to the Financial Executives International (FEI) Hall of Fame, we are delighted to extend sincere congratulations to this year's honorees, Dennis D. Dammerman and Donald T. Nicolaisen. FEI's Hall of Fame acknowledges exceptional achievement in the finance profession, and honors inductees who have embodied the performance, leadership and integrity of the most exemplary financial executives throughout their careers.

Much in focus these past few years are the traits of integrity and ethical leadership. While guiding principles for financial executives, these are qualities that can't be taught, and must be learned and honed and practiced. For sure, we honor the examples of integrity and ethical leadership both Dennis and Don have displayed throughout their careers.

Honoring our inductees here, in a ceremony at The New York Palace--one of the most elegant and impressive venues in this city--is a fitting tribute to their life's work and contributions. Like those inducted before them, Dennis and Don have undoubtedly raised the bar for the profession, and they continue to set the standard for those who aspire to be thought leaders and pacesetters in finance.

Tonight, as we celebrate the distinctive careers and achievements of these outstanding individuals, please pause and reflect upon the significant accomplishments of Financial Executives Research Foundation (FERF), the research affiliate of FEI.
