Finance Professionals on the Move.

A recent study from AICPA & CIMA, partnering with PwC, found that finance professionals are moving roles with increased frequency and feel the need to acquire new skills and adjust to the modern business world.

Among the findings of "Finance and the Great Reshuffle," nearly 25 percent of workers said they want to change their jobs within a year, and an additional 29 percent are not ruling out this option.

Furthermore, more than half of the respondents said employee turnover within their organizations is increasing and 54 percent said it is easy or very easy to find a new job.
