The Colorado Ethics in Business Alliance has announced 27 finalists for its annual awards, designed to honor Colorado's top ethical role models in business and nonprofit organizations.

The finalists--17 companies, six nonprofits and four individuals--represent a wide range of industries and community organizations, including health-care providers, youth agencies, law firms and retailers.

"We're pleased that we have such a diverse group of high-quality finalists from throughout the state," says Anthony King, president of CEBA's Board of Directors.

The honorees will be recognized at the 20th annual CEBA Awards Luncheon on March 31, 2011 at Denver's Marriott City Center.

There are 17 finalists for the 2011 CEBA Business Ethics Award. Denver-area finalists include Holland & Hart LLP; Kazoo & Co. Toys; Corona Research; Public Service Credit Union; Applewood Plumbing and Heating; and Brothers Plumbing and Heating.

Fort Collins-area finalists include Otter Box Products LLC; Integware Inc.; Spanjer Construction Corp.; and Gallegos Sanitation.

The Boulder area finalists are Amadeus Consulting and Symbiotic Engineering.
