Where is IRS Publication 1345A? It's late.

In early February, tax pre-parers were clamoring for IRS Pubs 1345 and 1345A. Both publications were revised for the 2001 filing season and as a result were late.

Pub. 1345, the IRS e-file handbook is currently available for download at http://ftp.fedworld.gov/pub/irs-pdf/pl345pdf. Hard copies were scheduled to be shipped to electronic return originators (EROs) starting Feb. 16.
