Financial Executives Research Foundation (FERF) hosted its first online and silent auction to raise funds to support financial research. The on-line venue ran for approximately one month and was followed by an in-person silent auction at the 2007 Hall of Fame Gala and the Current Financial Reporting Issues Conference (CFRI) at the Marriott Marquis in New York City.

Some of the items featured in this year's auction included:
