The Federal Emergency Management Agency will award $39.3 million in grants to 15 states to pay for disaster-related needs not met by other federal programs. Five states--Louisiana, Colorado, Mississippi, Kansas and California--will each receive grants ranging from $4.3 million to $6.1 million.
