FEI joined the "blogosphere" two years ago with a dedicated blog on Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404. The blog provides a wealth of real-time information relating to Section 404, including: Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) rulemaking and guidance, Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Tread-way Commission (COSO) developments, related Congressional hearings, FEI comment letters and Financial Executives Research Foundation (FERF) publications, the SEC Advisory Committee on Smaller Public Companies and other industry guidance.
