FEI's Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 Blog has been renamed FEI Financial Reporting Blog, with a subtitle: Highlights from SEC, PCAOB, FASB and IASB News--Including Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 Requirements. True to its name, the blog highlights key regulatory notices as they are announced.

The change in name reflects the evolution in scope of the blog, recognizing that the intent of Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 is about reliable financial reporting. Thus, many current issues having to do with financial and regulatory reporting in the U.S. and abroad are of interest to those following the implementation of Section 404 and FEI members, generally.
