It's hard to gross-out 23-year old Josh Silberman, a production assistant for NBC's Fear Factor. He samples cow eyeballs, pig uteruses, and crickets before contestants get to rise to the challenge. Silberman spoke to UPFRONT about his unusual job--and diet.

What are your job responsibilities at Fear Factor?

I'm the gross-stunt guy. Basically, I assist the producers in doing things that nobody else wants to do, which ranges from helping on set, gathering all the insects if we're doing roaches or something, to preparing and [testing] the food that needs to be eaten.

What's the grossest stunt you've ever had to do?

We had pies, and in the pies were worms and rotting fish parts ... and then you had to drink this milkshake which consisted of blended crickets. It was horrible, in every...
