Fast-casual dining chain Poke Bros. is expanding its regional presence with the opening of its first New Jersey restaurant in Secaucus.

David Townes and Alana Friedman, retail specialists in Cushman & Wakefield's East Rutherford office served as tenant broker in the 1,400-square-foot lease transaction at The Plaza at Harmon Meadow, 700 Plaza Drive; Curtis Nassau and Jake Frantzman of RIPCO Real Estate represented the landlord.
