Faculty offer new film series to extend thought and discussion beyond the classroom.

PositionEXTRAORDINARY EDUCATION

Students interested in films of all types were offered a unique chance to catch up on their movie repertoire with a new Faculty Film Series, held in the Extraordinaire Cinema during the spring semester.

The films featured in the series were selected by professors to augment classroom readings based on subjects such as Jewish-American literature, gothic literature, multi-ethnic literature, social justice, graphic novels and Shakespeare.

At each showing, the featured film was introduced and screened. Following the film, attendees were invited to join in a short discussion with the film hosts.
