F. Expenses of the Sale

There will always be the cost of publishing the legal notice of the foreclosure sale. The amount of this fee is often included by the newspaper on the affidavit of publication.

There will always be the fees charged by the post office to send the notices required by § 443.325, RSMo 2016, by certified or registered mail.
