Wild and zany satire, unique multi-media extravaganza, songs and good music make up this hilarious "Alaskan Show the Department of Tourism does not want you to see!" according to Mr. Whitekey. 1-29 Holiday Dolls and Toys Exhibit

Each holiday season, the Anchorage Museum of History and Art presents a collection of antique dolls and toys, carved and painted animals from Oaxaca, cloth dolls from Africa, 100 dolls dressed in costumes from countries around the world, and a Schoenhut Circus with lions, elephants, clowns and polar bears. 1 through June 2002 Bugs! Exhibit

Interactive bugs, jeweled bugs, painted bugs, moving bugs, squashed bugs, real and imaginary bugs. Kids can make rubbings of bug trails, climb on a friendly spider, fly fish from a boat and view a giant bug. At the Anchorage Museum of History and Art. 1 Holiday Crafts Fair

Alaskan-made crafts and Christmas gifts. Held at the University of Alaska Anchorage Campus Center. Free admission and parking. From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Call 786-6068.

2 Anchorage B&B Holiday Tour of Homes

Visit some of Anchorage's most spectacular homes, and help Habitat for Humanity and AWAIC (Abused Women's Aid in Crisis). There will be silent auctions and refreshments from noon to 6 p.m. Maps will be available at Barnes and Noble. Call 272-5909.

6 Tax Issues for Small Business

An overview of small-business taxation, emphasis in the workshop will be on decision-making and planning, including organizational form of business, self employment tax, estimated income tax reporting, equipment purchasing and depreciation, business deduction and payroll issues. 6-7 Business Development Program
