ETI Converting Equipment is a Canadian company specialized in the conception and manufacturing of label producing equipment. ETI is dedicated to delivering the most advanced innovative technology to the label printing industry.

Our vision is to build a bridge between the printer and the in-line coating and printing equipment.

We believe our vertical integration patented technologies called Cohesio and Labeline, are the solution to flexibility, innovation as well as higher profit margins.

ETI Converting Equipment has found a solution to the requirements of label converters in terms of die-cutting in very thin liners.

Thinner liners offer significant benefits to the converters; they reduce material costs, cut down by half on the amount of liner wastes, lower shipping and packing costs and less down time on labeling equipment as there are more labels per roll. ETI has introduced a revolutionary patented die-cutting technology to the industry. This proven technology, called the Pellicut[TM] is especially designed for high speed application with very thin release liner. It allows converters to die cut on a PET liner that is 18 micron thick, thus reducing liner thickness and cost by up to 40%.

ETI Converting Equipment has recently obtained a US patent (US 9,782,904 B2) for this innovative die-cutting system. The heavy duty fully rotary die-cutting system can die-cut PS material at a speed of 225 m/min (750 feet/min). The Pellicut[TM] will die cut labels on 18 microns (.72 gage) polyester film or 30 gsm (20 lbs) paper products with the guaranty that the die will not die mark the liner during the die-cutting process and that there will be no break on the labeling machines. The...
