Two spelling mistakes were corrected on pages 3–4 as follows:

·Sentence: ‘This first avenue is incredibly difficult to gain anything but anecdotal

responses too’was corrected to ‘This first avenue is incredibly difficult to gain

anything but anecdotal responses to’, i.e. ‘to’rather than ‘too’.

·Sentence: ‘This is made more acute by the drafting being down by bureaucrats

and lawyers rather than policymakers themselves’was corrected to ‘This is made

more acute by the drafting being done by bureaucrats and lawyers rather than

policymakers themselves’, i.e. ‘done’rather than ‘down’.
