FOR ERIN DAUBY, success on the course of life is the product of strong faith, deep passion and the occasional hole-in-one. As the Only female Head Golf Professional of an 18-hole facility in Utah, Dauby is scoring some high marks with the members of Wolf Creek Resort. Not surprising when you consider her vast experience in the game. "I was very fortunate to grow up in the golf business," says Dauby. "I have been around golf professionals a good part of my life, and I had the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the business."

Combine these lifelong and strategic relationships with over two decades of education, PGA and LPGA committee memberships, tournament direction, management, public speaking, employee coaching and diversity training, and it's easy to see why Dauby stands out among her peers. "The thing that makes me different from others in my position is that I truly make an effort to teach the integrity, fidelity and professionalism of being a golf professional to my Assistant Golf Professionals."

Yet, in speaking with this leading lady of Utah's links, one quickly realizes that a passion far deeper than golf is driving her. "Treat others the way they want to be treated," says Dauby, "not the way you want to be treated. Everyone is different, and knowing that I or my staff can be the one bright note in a person's day is what keeps me motivated." Dauby also credits a strong family, faith and the PGA of America with helping her attain success on (and off) the greens.
