Members of the NBER's Environment and Energy Economics Program met in Cambridge on March 8-9. Faculty Research Fellow Tatyana Deryugina of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Research Associate Matthew Kotchen of Yale University organized the meeting.
