Dave Ramsey 's book EntreLeadership is a guide for business owners. It focuses on best practices to start a business as well as the leadership principles that guide business owners through the process while helping them avoid common mistakes. The book draws upon Ramsey's personal experiences to help businessuwners thrive and grow their own businesses by learning from his mistakes and successes.

One of the key elements of business Ramsey focuses on is hiring the right people. In addition to hiring advice, there are two other areas of the book that resonated with me, including creating an amazing company culture and creating a mission statement that clearly outlines company goals and provides a roadmap and a positive direction for the company.

In my opinion, these three areas strengthen each other and are critical to a company's short-term and long-term success.

In terms of hiring, Ramsey has a process that helps identify the people who are the right fit. In this process, the first interview is a 30-minute "drive by" discussion to sec if you should continue the hiring process. It also involves taking a candidate and his or her spouse to dinner to get to know them better.

Corporate culture is critical to a company's success. Ramsey has some very helpful insights into how to create a hardworking and dedicated team environment.
